    CoSMIC VERSION: 0.8.3

    HOST MACHINE and OPERATING SYSTEM:
      Windows XP 32-bit

    TOOL/AREA/CLASS/EXAMPLE AFFECTED:
      XME import from GME/CoSMIC.

    DOES THE PROBLEM AFFECT:
        COMPILATION?
        LINKING?
        EXECUTION?
        OTHER (please specify)?
      Import.

    SYNOPSIS:
Execution of a File -> Import XML... command to import an .xme
file that was previously exported from the 0.8.2 version of CoSMIC
does not work.

    DESCRIPTION:
When you try to do a normal import, a "GME" popup error dialog
window appears with the following message:

      Could not open paradigm PICML
      Version ID: {63989457-55EA-4F88-81AE-5BAAA78702DF}

If you hit "OK" on this popup, you get a second "GME" error
popup with the following message:

Could not create the project (0x87650012)

If you hit "OK" on this popup, you get a third "GME" error popup
with the following message:

      Error importing XML file (0x87560012)

This time hitting "OK" completes the failed import attempt.
Nothing is printed to the Console pane.

    REPEAT BY:
Select File -> Import XML... from the menu bar of GME/CoSMIC.
Navigate to a .xme file previously exported from CoSMIC 0.8.2, and hit
"Open". Hit "Next >" when asked to "Create project file." Pick a new
project file name, and hit "Open". Error occurs at this point.

    SAMPLE FIX/WORKAROUND:
No known workaround. Tried this with 3 different 0.8.2 models -
same problem in all cases.
